For me, memorizing long passages of scripture is overwhelming and is usually something only special ’super people’ can do (or the children who usually have help with fun scripture songs and games). So, this blog is really geared for those of us who feel lame at memorizing in the traditional ways. We happen to be songwriter/musicians and our personal focus is to put the entire chapter of Romans 8 to music.
Help us think outside the box and create innovative ways for the ‘everyday’ person to memorize. We know it is life changing to have scripture on your mind and in your heart. When we find ourselves in spiritual battle…it is our sword.

Hey, awesome!! I love the idea of Romans 8. My name is Christopher, and I run a small online ministry called Dwelling Rich. You can find it on http://www.dwelling-rich.org. The ministry is dedicated to two ground-breaking spiritual disciplines: Memorization and Meditation.
I search the web in search of those with the same passion and thus I found your site. Anyway, I would love for you to write something up about what you are doing here and why it is beneficial for the average believer. Thanks for what you are doing. Memorization seems to be, mostly, a lost discipline for many adults.
